From the President Regarding the Impact of COVID-19

18 April 2020

Dear Campers,

As we continue to operate within this new age of COVID-19 many changes will have to be made to ensure that our park can continue to provide a safe and sanitary place for people to come and relax.

At the time that I am writing this letter we are open for camping to our members with strict guidance to limit the number of persons per site and close those structures that are not essential to park operations. This means that the “Big Kitchen” and Peterson Hall will be closed.

Many of our large festival renters have already cancelled their events for this summer, which means the park will be without the income for these events. As such, we are instituting a couple new policies to help offset our normal operating costs.

-Effective immediately the sale of Life Memberships has been indefinitely suspended.

-All campers (except Day use) will be charged a flat $5 trash fee.

-All campers with a self-contained septic system will pay a $5 septic fee per visit. This includes RV’s that are stored onsite between reserved visits.

Fraternally,

Damion Stephan

Park Board President
